Cover design CGH analysis of a 45,XX,-1 blastomere The front cover of Molecular Human Reproduction shows a comprehensive chromosomal analysis of a 45,XX,-1 blastomere by whole genome amplification and single cell comparative genome hybridization. The study by Wells and Delhanty (pages 1055-1062) used this method to analyse every chromosome of almost every cell of 12 cleavage-stage embryos.
