Cover design The front cover of Molecular Human Reproduction shows fluorescent in-situ hybridization (FISH) analysis using cosmid probes on extended DNA fibres for mapping of the protamine multigenic region on human chromosome 16p 13.13. The same probes were used for FISH analysis of sperm nuclear DNA halos to determine nuclear matrix association. For further details, please see 903-911.
