Cover design The front cover of Molecular Human Reproduction shows immunostaining for MMP-26 and TIMP-4 (green) in the cytoplasm of normal human cytotrophoblasts and human choriocarcinoma (JEG-3) cells. The nuclei were stained with propidium iodide (red) and the overlap of staining is shown as yellow. Further quantitative studies showed that MMP-26 is more highly expressed in the carcinoma cells while TIMP-4 is more highly expressed in the normal cytotrophoblasts.
