The cover of Molecular Human Reproduction shows FISH on spermHALO (highly decondensed sperm nuclei with large DNA domains) showing two, four and six DAZ genes. All sperm HALO were probed with DAZ probes 18 E8 (red) and 46A6 (green). DAZ gene clusters can be seen as a thread of signals going from green to red to green. For further details see pages 183-188.
